The Special Operations Washington Office represents U.S. Special Operations Command interests in the National Capital Region, coordinating with Congress, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and other stakeholders on policy, budget, and acquisition matters. SOWO facilitates communication between SOCOM headquarters and Washington decision-makers.
