SOAG

The Special Operations Competition Advocate General is the official within U.S. Special Operations Command responsible for promoting full and open competition in SOCOM acquisitions. The SOAG reviews acquisition strategies, challenges unnecessary restrictions on competition, and ensures compliance with competition requirements.
