DURING SPACECRAFT INTEGRATION ACTIVITIES, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUPPORT INSTRUMENT INSTALLATION AND INTEGRATION, INTEGRATED SPACECRAFT TESTING AND FLIGHT QUALIFICATION, LAUNCH PROCESSING AND LAUNCH. FOLLOWING LAUNCH, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE THE NECESSARY ENGINEERING AND SCIENCE RESOURCES TO PERFORM INITIAL ON-ORBIT CHECKOUT AND CHARACTERIZATION OF THE INSTRUMENT AND SHALL CONDUCT SCIENCE OPERATIONS FOR THE REMAINING DURATION OF THE MISSION.
