The primary purposes of this notice are as follows: Conduct market research to determine if other sources capable of satisfying the agency’s requirements exist and if commercial items or non-developmental items are available that meet the agency’s requirements. (CAGE 98K83) Based upon market research, the Government is not planning on using policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
